handpick.team helps companies write job ads, share them and follow up applicants. These terms apply to companies that create an account. Applicants don't need an account.
Account and responsibility
The company is responsible for the content of its own ads, and for reviewing the text before it is published. Keep your login to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has gained access.
Publishing and payment
You pay per published job. The price is shown before you publish, and you pay by card when you publish. Current prices are on the pricing page.
Use of AI
AI can suggest ad copy and summarise applications. Suggestions may contain mistakes, so the company must check them. AI makes no decisions about applicants, and no one is rejected automatically.
Applicant data
The company is the controller for the applications it receives. handpick.team is the processor and only processes them to deliver the service. Applications are deleted automatically six months after the job is closed.
Data processing agreement
The data processing agreement is part of these terms. It describes who is responsible for what when it comes to applicants' details.
