Parties and roles
The agreement is between the company using handpick.team and handpick.team. The company decides the purpose of the processing. handpick.team follows the company's instructions and never uses the details for its own purposes.
Purpose and duration
The details are processed to receive applications, show them to the company and support follow-up and interview booking. The agreement applies for as long as the company uses the service and application data exists.
Which details
Applicants' name, phone, email, answers in the application form and any CV. In addition, the company's notes, statuses, appointments and AI summaries linked to the application.
Sub-processors
- Google CloudStorage of applications and attachments
- Google Vertex AIAI summaries, in an EU region
A complete list with processing locations will be published before launch.
Security
Each company sees only its own applications. Application content is never written to logs. AI only receives application answers and the CV, not the contact fields from the form.
Deletion
Applications are deleted automatically six months after the job is closed. The company can delete them sooner. Deletion covers the application, attachments, notes, history and AI data.
Help with requests
If an applicant asks to see or delete their details, handpick.team helps the company respond. The remaining terms of the agreement will be finalised before launch.
