Two people in Fredrikstad.
handpick.team is made by Vidd Studio, a small company in Fredrikstad, Norway. We build it because small businesses that are hiring deserve something simpler than a big recruitment system.
A good job ad, a short application and a team that shares it is enough for most. Applications should be safe with us, and you should know who you are dealing with.
The people
Jarand Bjerkhaug
Co-founder
Looks after product and frontend. He decides what gets built and shapes everything you see – from the job ad builder and follow-up to the form applicants fill in on their phones.
Daniel Soli
Co-founder
Looks after product and backend code. He builds what happens behind the screen – storage, sharing, AI summaries, and making sure application data is handled safely and deleted on time.
